Assistant Manager Marketing & Passenger Sales – DPS
(Bali)
Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
- Responsible for passenger sales including agency and corporate sales.
- Be accountable for port revenue target for DPS, as well as corporate/SBS sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategy through travel agents, direct relationship with customers, loyalty database and corporate partners.
- Ensure pricing is optimized through rigorous review and communication with head office teams.
- Ensure market share in key ODs are optimized through data analysis, implementation of SMAP strategies and gathering market information according to anti-trust guidelines.
- Produce weekly sales reports and updates for Manager East Indonesia.
- Review corporate agreements and constantly seek for opportunities to develop corporate sales.
- Represent CX at industry functions, agents travel fairs, product knowledge updates, fare briefings to agents etc.
- Seek opportunity to reduce sales distribution cost whenever possible.
Reservations & Ticketing
- Lead R&T team to achieve direct sales target and always look for initiatives to improve the service level and sales performance.
- Monitor controllable expenses and unproductive GDS cost.
- Ensure that team always deliver SSFTH to customers and agents.
- Lead the team in handling flight disruptions or other irregularities.
- Prepare monthly roster and job assignment for R&T team.
- Produce weekly/monthly report on Direct Sales performance.
Office Management
- Assist Manager East Indonesia in managing the DPS town office, including people, office environment, checking refund for passenger ticket, back up for withdrawal money from the bank in DPS and E&A related issues.
Requirements:
- Proven Management potential with excellent leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer skills
- 5 years experience preferably in Service Industry including 2 years at Supervisory level
- University degree in any field
- Good command of spoken & written English and Bahasa Indonesia
